How do you need to make one year do not fight for life in California?
I am from Indiana and all I hear is how expensive it is to live in CA. I am a Audio / Video Production student at Ball State University and I graduated in May and move but I'm nervous, I will not be able to afford it.
I moved to San Diego two years in Nebraska and was concerned the same thing. For the most part, most things are similar in expenses. The main exception is housing. You'll pay more for rent 500-800, OR3-5 times more expensive for a house. After that, the food is a bit more expensive (much more if you eat regularly). Finally, taxes are a little higher. As originating in the Midwest, you want to pay a little more in the housing to get a good neighborhhod. Believe me, it's worth. You can live comfortably on 50k a year as long that does not try to live oppulant lifstyle natives here do. That's why so many are struggling to make it. It is also the reason the prices are artificially inflated.
