Which laptop is best for my needs? Continue reading, please.

I bought a Gateway notebook 1 1 / 2 years and have had nothing but problems with it. I had to do 4 system restores since it is a virus or it crashes. Even after have done what the tech support told me to do, it still works like crap. I did some research last year and asked friends. The sales person even recommended. Therefore, I do not want to buy another lemon. I researched online and I still find of people's opinions about what is best. I am looking for a computer that fits my needs. I'm a junkie Internet. I live in Japan and I downloading American television shows. I also use the Internet for research. I make spreadsheets and presentations PowerPoint for my work. I also do a lot of photo editing and video production. In short, I need a computer that can handle multiple applications running at the same time, and do not run like a snail. I also need one that no viruses and has excellent technical assistance. I try to stay under $ 1000. Dell, HP, Sony, or MAC?

Mac Pro definitely. He runs very well and not viruses. Technical support is superb. He has a lot of things multimedia. I know it's a bit expensive but its worth a shot. Ah yes, remember to buy Microsoft Office for Mac separately.
